Poly-Optic® 14 Part X is a catalyst that can be mixed into Part B of Poly-Optic products before adding Part A to accelerate gel time and cure time. For castings less than 1/2″ thick, Poly-Optic 14 Part X can be added up to 1% of the total A+B weight to speed reactions significantly. Exotherm and shrinkage on cure may be increased. Experiment accordingly.
