In this tutorial we show how to make a poured blanket mold using 73-20 PlatSil silicone. This mold making method goes by several names and is sometimes referred to as a "Matrix mold" or "Cavity Pour Mold." This is a great method for molding large parts that might be impractical using a traditional block mold approach.
