In this tutorial we make an EZ Flo 120 mold for casting Gel-OO or Deadened Gel-10 appliances. This is a fairly in-depth mold process that requires mold making experience with plaster molds. Knowledge of undercuts is key to successful prosthetic molds.
EZ Flo 120 lends itself well to small molds like this, but larger mold may also be made using slower setting 1512 resin and polyfiber thickener.
